Is cosplay art?

I'd always been loathe to post cosplay pictures on here, because, while it is a craft, I'm not 100% comfortable calling it art. However, photography is... so why not cosplay? Then again, why not post on cosplay.com or ACP?

Blah blah blah.

My point?

I'm curious. Would people be interested in me putting up the occasional cosplay picture up here? Or should I just keep it to places like cosplay.com, Livejournal or our website?

Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
